7 Steps To Feeling Good Enough Now

I would like to share with you 7 steps to feeling good enough now. These come from the book written by Barbara Rose entitled Being Enough Now and once applied in your own life can make for some extraordinary change.

1 - Decide - "This means deciding how you would like to feel about yourself and how you would like to view yourself. What do you see when you look in the mirror? Along with this is your decision as to the general direction you would like to live in this lifetime. You can stay stuck in one place or you can decide to move forward, only you can make the decision, nobody else can make it for you."

2- Commit - "This means that you fully commit to your process. You are committed to bringing out the best in you!"

3 - Be Willing - "This means to be willing to do whatever it takes with pure motives as you resolve to feel on an ongoing basis that your worth must be so much stronger than the complacent attitude that tempts you to just settle and feel less than worthy."

4 - Let Go - "What do you need to let go of? It is a time to let go of all the old conditioning that has caused you to view yourself as less than equal to the rest of the human race. Let go of concerns about the future. When moments of decision are facing you, remember to make your choices based on what you prefer and not based on someone elses plan for your life."

5 - Follow - "From this moment on for as long as you live, follow your deepest truth, follow through in actions that match your preferences. I cannot stress enough how crucial this is for you, for me and everyone else on earth."

6 - Wait - "Show a greater amount of unconditional, loving patience with yourself. You are in the process of transformation on one or several levels. Some areas take time to fully transform and some are transformed within seconds. Trust that as you go through life, the timing of events, meetings, opportunities and even announcing of sharing your plans can be more effective when done at one paticular time as opposed to another. Go with the flow and remember, it is the process of your life and self expression that you are to be excited about instead of merely keeping busy with chasing after outcomes. Relax with patience as you enjoy this continually unfolding process.

7 - Experience - You will discover that as you follow all of these steps, you will actually experience everything you decided to see manifest in your life.

Its important to remember that what you create, imagine and follow through with is what is actually going to turn around the conditions of your life.

An Attraction Based Universe

This is an attraction based universe upon where we attract everything to us through the power of our intentions. Whether it is something wanted or unwanted. The biggest question that I ask people is "What do you want from this lifetime?" "I dont know" is usually the answer. This is because we have been trained and conditioned into observing everything unwanted so we then end up focusing on what we dont want.

The LOA reflects back to us everything we are thinking and feeling. It is like a boomerang in the sense that whatever you send out, must and will come back. Like Energy Attracts Like Energy.

Our thoughts work on frequencies so our frequency or "vibration" has to match that of our desires for them to be manifested or realised. Literally everything in the univese is energy and moves through, in and out of form in someway. That includes us!

There are many different processes and techniques to enhance the deliberate creative process, we just have to apply them regularly and make them a part of life so we can achieve whatever is wanted.

The LOA will attract based on your asking for something. We are always asking for things unknowingly, so what if you could ask knowingly and deliberately? What do you think would happen?

If you are feeling and thinking negative then it means you are and will attract more negativity. No matter how bad you might try not to do something bad, deep down if you want to do it, you will end up following through with the intentions. This is how powerful are thoughts and feelings are! Yet if you think and feel more positively, the LOA will reflect back more positivity. This is basically how it works, and it is always working whether we realise it or not. Its like the law of gravity, you cant see, hear, taste or smell that but it will work and do its job, for instance if you fall off a cliff you will go down, its law.

So really we have to allign ourselves to who we really are and allow for good things to happen. Remember Like attracts like.

11 Great Reasons To Work With A Coach

  1. A coach is a great sounding board - A coach is someone you can bounce ideas around with. While a coach will encourage you to explore ideas and may even make a few suggestions, they will not give you advice or tell you what to do. Rather, they will ask you questions to help you dig deep to find the best options for you.
  2. Accountability - Sometimes following through is easier if you know someone is expecting you to take action. This helps with commitment and leads into the next point, motivation.
  3. Motivation - Coaching can help you achieve the momentum you require to become and then remain motivated.
  4. Blind Spots - A coach acts like a lighthouse - I can shine light on some of those things that you are not able to see on your own.
  5. Alternative Perspectives - Your coach may see a situation or idea a little differently to the way you do. As a result, they may be able to provide an alternative perspective for you to consider. You can then decide if this new perspective is helpful for you.
  6. Tools and Strategies - Your coach will have several tools and strategies in their toolkit they can share with you. The best bit is that these tools and strategies generally empower you to help yourself, making learning sustainable. You can use them whenever you need to.
  7. A safe space to explore ideas - The coaching space is non-judgemental, safe and supported space. This allows you to explore ideas and options to move forward, creating the positive change you would like to see in your life.
  8. The right questions - Sometimes finding the right answers requires someone to ask the right questions. Asking the right questions, some of which may well challenge you, is a key skill coaches bring to the coaching relationship.
  9. Create positive change - This is what coaching is all about - clarifying and putting plans, actions and mindset in place to allow you to create positive change.
  10. Wellbeing - Coaching is a key ingrediant in helping you to achieve overall wellbeing, be it through working with your values and strengths, or through the application of other evidence based strategies proven to increase wellbeing. Strategies in this space would obviously be tailored to individual needs.
  11. Personal Development - Coaching can help increase self-awareness, increase confidence, overcome self-limiting beliefs and manage life stress, amongst other areas of personal development.
